Who runs this platform?

The electronic platform for granting and terminating citizenship is created and managed by the Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. The platform was developed with the financial support of the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). The website was launched on January 1, 2026.
The technical development of the site was carried out by SmartEmpire company.
