- The document must not be cropped or incomplete.
- Only color scans are accepted (black-and-white or grayscale are not allowed).
- All texts and the photo must be clearly visible.
- A scanned copy is preferable over a phone photo.

Unacceptable Conditions

- The file must not be password-protected or digitally edited.
