Documents submitted with the application for granting RA citizenship to an incapacitated person
To grant RA citizenship to an incapacitated person, their legal guardian who is an RA citizen must register in the system and submit the application from their personal account. The following documents must be submitted with the application:

Important to Know
- All foreign-language documents must be accompanied by a notarized Armenian translation certified with an apostille or consular legalization.
- After attaching all required documents according to the selected grounds and filling in the necessary information, the state fee must be paid online or a receipt confirming the payment must be attached.
In case of a bank transfer, please transfer the amount to account number 9000 05160529 (100). - After the submitted application (petition) is approved online, the originals of all attached scanned documents must be presented to the Migration and Citizenship Service or to the RA consulate abroad by selecting the date and time of the visit in advance.
