Documents submitted with the application for termination of RA citizenship for a minor

To terminate the RA citizenship of a minor, the parent or legal representative must register in the system and submit the application from their personal account. When filling out the online application, depending on the reason for termination, the following documents must be attached.

Important to Know

  • All foreign-language documents must be accompanied by a certified Armenian translation, validated by apostille or consular legalization․
  • After uploading all required documents and entering the necessary information based on the selected ground, the state duty must be paid online or a payment receipt should be attached.
    In case of bank transfer, payment must be made to account number 900005160529 (100).
  • After the online Application (Petition) is approved, the originals of all attached scanned documents must be submitted to the Migration and Citizenship Service or to an RA consulate abroad, after selecting a date and time for the visit.
